Healthy Green Soup

Eat as much as you like... Green Soup To start, heat 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil in medium heat soup pot Add: 2 chopped onions 2 cloves garlic Pepper & Salt COVER until onion softens. Then add, 1 full head of broccoli - rough chopped Trimmed and chopped bunch of spinach 1 cup of chicken or vege stock 3 cups of water COOK for 20 minutes and then blend like crazy. Serve immediately. DRIZZLE with olive oil & sprinkle cayenne pepper. To make more of meal of it, add a small amount of shredded steamed chicken breast and/or a spoonful of cooked quinoa. A dollop of greek yoghurt is also delicious and good for your belly! #geensoup #soup

Breakfast Smoothie

Peel & break up bananas and put into a ziplock bag and keep in the freezer. Frozen blueberries mean you can make a delicious breaky any time. 1/2 a frozen bananas 1 handful of frozen blueberries 2-3 tbsp of Bare Blends Raw Cacao WPI protein blend (can be purchased at the gym) 1 tsp chia (optional) 2 cups of water and / or milk Blend it up before work, the frozen fruit will keep it cold and fresh, ready for you when you're ready for fuel! Chia seeds aids digestion, keeps you hydrated for long periods and have a very slow release energy. Great for FJs! #Smoothie #Breakfast
