Did you know snacking speeds up your metabolism? By putting a carb with protein at each meal/snack, you avoid sugar crashes which usually result in overeating later in the day. Here are 5 snacks to keep you and your metabolism energised: Eat an apple. So simple, yet so filling. Apples are full of fibre and easy to carry. Add 12-15 raw nuts for a well-rounded snack.
