5 tbs raw cacao powder
1 cup raw almonds
1 cup dried dates or sultanas
1 cup oats (I use rolled spelt)
1 cup Bare Blends Vanilla protein powder
100ml almond milk (or other milk)
I don't add sweetener but you could add 1 tsp to 1 tbsp of maple syrup.
Blend dry ingredients until powder like consistency and pour into mixing bowl.
Add milk gradually (maple syrup) and massage ingredients, add milk until dough like. Roll into 2 cm balls, this recipe should make around 50 balls. There are only 45 calories per ball!
