Beetroot & Kale Smoothie

 

  • 2 tsp Bare Blends Vanilla protein powder

  • Half an avocado

  • Handful of fresh kale

  • Handful of chopped fresh beetroot

  • A couple of mint leaves

  • 1 tsp chia seed

  • A cup of water

  • 1/2 cup of almond milk.  

Awesome as a meal!
