Breakfast Smoothie

Peel & break up bananas and put into a ziplock bag and keep in the freezer.  Frozen blueberries mean you can make a delicious breaky any time.
 

  • 1/2 a frozen bananas

  • 1 handful of frozen blueberries

  • 2-3 tbsp of Bare Blends Raw Cacao WPI protein blend (can be purchased at the gym)

  • 1 tsp chia (optional)

  • 2 cups of water and / or milk 


Blend it up before work, the frozen fruit will keep it cold and fresh, ready for you when you're ready for fuel!

Chia seeds aids digestion, keeps you hydrated for long periods and have a very slow release energy.  Great for FJs!
