Peanut Butter Protein Cups

Base:

  • 75g Bare Blends Cacao Protein Powder

  • 1 cup ground almonds

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • 1 cup organic shredded coconut

  • 1/2 cup organic quality peanut butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • sprinkle of cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Chocolate Top:
equal parts raw cacao & coconut oil 
organic dessicated coconut

Directions:

  1. Blend all the base ingredients in a food processor, if the mixture looks too dry, add a little more coconut oil

  2. Divide the mixture into 12 and push firmly into an oil cupcake tray

  3. Make a well with your thumb in each

  4. Pour or spoon a scoop of melted chocolate into each

  5. Refrigerate overnight
