Dukkah Crusted Chicken Breast

This week I've had a maid in my house in the form of a beautiful friend from Batemans Bay.  Last night she surprised us all with this beautiful meal.  It goes like this.

  • 1kg chicken breast, cut into strips

  • Coated with Pistachio Dukkah - very clean ingredients

  • Cooked in a smudge of olive oil (you could use coconut oil)

My friend is Slovenian so she made what she calls "Wog Potatoes" which was popular with the husbands

Mine was served with Steamed Broccolini
