Need to have brekky while you make lunches, send emails, put washing on, run a gym etc?! Replace brekky with this delicious smoothie.

  • 1 shot of coffee

  • 1 spoon of Bare Blends Cacao Protein Powder

  • 1/2 frozen banana (pieces)

  • 1 spoon of oats

  • optional 1 spoon of flax seed (omega 3)

  • optional 1 spoon of chia seed (omega 6)

  • tsp cinnamon

  • 1-2 cup milk / water
