Chocolate Mint Slice
Wow! This one is a superb special after dinner treat.
2 cups of Raw Cacao (Protein Powder)
I used Isagenix Dutch Chocolate but you could use any brand
2-3 tbsp of coconut oil
12 cup of chia seeds
In a medium sized bowl mix Protein, Coconut Oil & Mint Extract with a spoon. The mix should be just damp enough to be able to mould into a shape, not shiny and wet. Once evenly mixed, add Chia Seeds and mix through. Press the mixture into a lined slice tray until relative flat. Pop in the freezer for an hour, slice into 2 x 2cm squares and enjoy straight out of the freezer.
