CocoChoc Espresso

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/4 cup sultanas

  • 1/4 cup Bare Blends vanilla protein powder

  • 1 cup activated almonds

  • 1 cup raw cacao 

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup of raw coconut

  • 1/8 cup of maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 Long shot of espresso

  1. Add the oats, protein powder & nuts into food processor or thermomix and blend on   med-high speed until a powdery consistency is reached.

  2. Add sultanas and cacao & blend again until powdery. 

  3. Add melted coconut oil & remaining ingredients and mix well.

  4. Roll and refrigerate. - Keep for up to 2 weeks in a sealed container in the fridge.

Choc Caramel 

  • 1 cup oats

  • 3/4 cup raw caco

  • 1/2 cup tahini

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil

  • 1/8 cup maple syrup

  • 3-4 drops of vanilla extract

  • 2 pinches himilayan salt

  1. Blend oats and raw cacao until powdery in food processor or theromix.

  2. Add melted coconut oil and remaining ingredients and mix well.

  3. Roll and refrigerate - Keep for up to 2 weeks in a sealed container in the fridge.
