Espressanilla Smoothie

These espresso shot / vanilla protein smoothies are awesome for Wonder People!

  • 1 shot of coffee

  • 1 spoon of Bare Blends Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1/2 frozen banana 

  • 1 spoon of oats

  • optional 1 spoon of flax seed (omega 3)

  • optional 1 spoon of chia seed (omega 6)

  • 2 cups of preferred milk / water combo

I sometimes add blueberries, prunes, psyllium instead of oats depending on what is in the pantry.
