Group Personal Training

Personal trainers create a new program for you each time you visit to help achieve your goals. Bookings are essential to ensure clients receive personal attention.  Our unique structure makes personal training affordable. We record all your workouts in your own file, making progress easy to track.

Pricing Options (No Lock-In Contracts):

  • 10 Session Pass - $280

  • Single Session - $35

  • Unlimited Sessions - $52/week

  • Students (Evenings & Saturdays) $42/week

Strength & Conditioning Programs

Stimulates the metabolism, promotes real strength and is time effective for busy people.  

Join via MindBody in any timeslot as we tailor every session to suit you.  

Strength & Conditioning includes functional strength movements, high intensity in short bursts and is something different for a fun, fast, metabolism boosting 45 minute session (includes warm up and cool down).


Interval training a couple of times per week is proven to burn fat & improve fitness without doing hours of exercise. It's fun and fast and our clients love it.
