Client / Trainer Agreement

In consideration of Fitness Junction accepting your application for membership to the gymnasium, and for you becoming a remaining a member of the gymnasium, you agree that Fitness Junction shall not be liable for any loss, damage or theft of any property belonging to or brought onto any gymnasium premises by you, occurring on the premises except where caused by gross negligence of Fitness Junction.

Also, that Fitness Junction shall not be liable for any death, personal injury or illness occurring on the gymnasium premises or during any outdoor training activities including personal training, or as the result of the use of the facility and/or equipment provided by Fitness Junction arising out of the negligence of the centre, its employees or agents, or the negligence of another member or personal using the gymnasium.  I hereby acknowledge that I use the premises and all the facilities at my own risk.

Risk Warning:  It is your responsibility to ensure that you correctly operate or use any facilities and/or equipment.  If you are in any doubt as to how to correctly operate any equipment, you should consult a member of staff before use.

Gym Fees:  Gym fees are transferrable but non-refundable.
