1 tsp of chia 1/2 a frozen banana (break your browning bananas into quarters in a zip lock bag and keep in the freezer) A handful of frozen blueberries 1 tbsp shredded coconut 1tbsp protein powder 1 cup water 1 cup favourite milk Soak the chia seeds in the water for 10 minutes while you prepare the rest of the smoothie. When the chia has made a glutinous pulpy egg, add to the mix and blend like crazy! Enjoy!!
