2 tsp Bare Blends Vanilla protein powder
Half an avocado
Handful of fresh kale
Handful of chopped fresh beetroot
A couple of mint leaves
1 tsp chia seed
A cup of water
1/2 cup of almond milk.
Awesome as a meal!
