Try these delicious, nutritious and filling brekky bars! 1 cup spelt oats 1 cup puffed brown rice 1/2 cup psyllium husks 1/2 cup chia 1/2 cup almonds 1/2 cup sesame seeds 1/2 cup flax seeds 1/2 cup sunflower seeds 1/2 cup pepita 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp honey 2 tsp coconut oil (melted) 1/2 cup almond milk Mix all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and then add vanilla, coconut oil, honey and almond milk. blend with your hands.
5 tbs raw cacao powder 1 cup raw almonds 1 cup dried dates or sultanas 1 cup oats (I use rolled spelt) 1 cup Bare Blends Vanilla protein powder 100ml almond milk (or other milk) I don't add sweetener but you could add 1 tsp to 1 tbsp of maple syrup. Blend dry ingredients until powder like consistency and pour into mixing bowl. Add milk gradually (maple syrup) and massage ingredients, add milk until dough like.
Roll into 2 cm balls, this recipe should make around 50 balls.
