The Burke Bowl


Jess Burke makes a mean smoothie bowl. The photo is amazing and the ingredients cover a lot of needs, both for the taste buds and nutritionally ;-)

1 cup of frozen things like:

* kale

* baby spinach

* cucumber

* blueberries

2 tablespoons each of

* rolled oats

* bare blends protein powder

* greek yoghurt

BLEND

Add coconut water gradually to get the consistency you like

Top with whatever you feel like (or whatever is left in your pantry after weeks of isolation and hungry kids) :)
