Life Changing Bread
We are sharing this amazing recipe by my new roots.
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
4 tbsp psyllium husks
coconut oil
pinch of salt
One problem, I've lost my copy of the recipe and the site is down!! Collect the ingredients and the method will follow. As soon as i get my hands on it! It's really easy, the hardest bit is having the ingredients on hand.
