VANILLA BLUEBERRY THICKSHAKE

This smoothie is great for a post workout or meal replacement:

  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder

  • half an avocado or

  • half a frozen banana

  • handful of frozen blueberries

  • a cup or two of almond milk or water (or your preferred milk or water)

blend it - that's it!  YUM!
