CocoChoc Espresso

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/4 cup sultanas

  • 1/4 cup Bare Blends vanilla protein powder

  • 1 cup activated almonds

  • 1 cup raw cacao

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup of raw coconut

  • 1/8 cup of maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 Long shot of espresso

  1. Add the oats, protein powder & nuts into food processor or thermomix and blend on med-high speed until a powdery consistency is reached.

  2. Add sultanas and cacao & blend again until powdery.

  3. Add melted coconut oil & remaining ingredients and mix well.

  4. Roll and refrigerat
