Oat & Chia Breakfast Pudding

  • 2 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds

  • 1 cup coconut water (or normal water!)

  • 2 cup almond / rice milk

  • 1 tbs of cinnamon

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, cover and leave to soak overnight.

  2. Top with fresh fruit, dried fruit, chopped nuts, linseed, a dollop of greek yoghurt or peanut butter & a drizzling of almond or rice milk.
