Oat & Chia Breakfast Pudding
2 cup oats
1/2 cup chia seeds
1 cup coconut water (or normal water!)
2 cup almond / rice milk
1 tbs of cinnamon
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, cover and leave to soak overnight.
Top with fresh fruit, dried fruit, chopped nuts, linseed, a dollop of greek yoghurt or peanut butter & a drizzling of almond or rice milk.
