Berry Brekky Bowl
A cup of mixed berries (frozen is fine but let them soften a little)
1 banana (again frozen is fine)
1/4 cup egg white (optional)
1 tsp of chia
1 tsp of psyllium husks
Blend up the berries, bananas & the egg white and then add the chia & psyllium and let it thicken. Pour into your bowl & top with your favourite healthy things. My favourites are listed below.
Organic peanut butter
Greek yoghurt
Puffed millet, rice or quinoa (or a mix of all!)
Teaspoon of flax or other seeds
Teaspoon of shredded coconut
Teaspoon of honey
Teaspoon of cinnamon
Small handful of berries (I used cranberries)
