Berry Brekky Bowl

  • A cup of mixed berries (frozen is fine but let them soften a little)

  • 1 banana (again frozen is fine)

  • 1/4 cup egg white (optional)

  • 1 tsp of chia

  • 1 tsp of psyllium husks

Blend up the berries, bananas & the egg white and then add the chia & psyllium and let it thicken. Pour into your bowl & top with your favourite healthy things. My favourites are listed below.

  • Organic peanut butter

  • Greek yoghurt

  • Puffed millet, rice or quinoa (or a mix of all!)

  • Teaspoon of flax or other seeds

  • Teaspoon of shredded coconut

  • Teaspoon of honey

  • Teaspoon of cinnamon

  • Small handful of berries (I used cranberries)
