These espresso shot / vanilla protein smoothies are awesome for Wonder People!
1 shot of coffee
1 spoon of Bare Blends Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 frozen banana
1 spoon of oats
optional 1 spoon of flax seed (omega 3)
optional 1 spoon of chia seed (omega 6)
2 cups of preferred milk / water combo
I sometimes add blueberries, prunes, psyllium instead of oats depending on what is in the pantry.
