The Benefits of Hiking
If you're thinking about getting along to our new HiiT & Hike Group which is starting 24 April, here are a few more reasons to motivate you.
We love to hike because in nature, we are distracted by the beauty, fresh air and sunshine and cardio seems easier for some reason. We are so blessed in Newcastle with Glenrock being so close! It is almost impossible to get lost and there are gorgeous views, exciting inclines to challenge us and tree canopies keeping us relatively safe from the sun.
