Roast your Seeds
This is a delicious way to get some omega's and deliciousness into your meals.
A sprinkling on top of your salad, soup or pasta dish can replace cheeses, breads or any of those things that slow down your digestion - everyone is different and you should follow your gut - so to speak ;-)
Preheat oven at 180 degrees celsius
1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
1/4 cup of flax seeds
1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
You can use any type of seeds, pumpkin seeds are particularly yummy and also pine nuts.
Spread out on a baking dish, season with pepper and salt (I use himalayan pink salt or sea salt)
I also add chilli flakes which gives it a punch - delicious.
Roast for 20 minutes, let cool and keep refrigerated in a glass jar or tupperware container.
