The as Big as my head Bowl
This is a mean smoothie bowl. The photo is amazing and the ingredients cover a lot of needs, for both for your taste buds and nutritionally. Amazing post exercise fuel.
1 cup of frozen things like:
* kale
* baby spinach
* cucumber
* blueberries
2 tablespoons each of
* rolled oats
* bare blends protein powder
* greek yoghurt
BLEND
Add coconut water gradually to get the consistency you like
Top with whatever you feel like.
