OMG Raw Caramel Slice

This recipe is the pay off for cooking & eating Green Soup! The base:

  • 1 cup of almonds

  • 1 cup of pitted dates

  • 1/4 cup filtered water

  • blend and push into slice tray (greased with coconut oil) put into the freezer

The filling:

  • 1/2 cup of unhulled tahini

  • 1/2 cup of maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup of coconut oil

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • huge pinch of salt (himalayan)

  • pour over the base and freeze

Choc top:

  • 1/2 cup of chocolate protein powder

  • 1/2 cup of raw cacao

  • 1/2 cup of coconut oil (partly melted)

  • 2 tbs stevia

  • 1 tbs maple syrup

  • mix with a spoon and pour over the top

Freeze for an hour, cut into squares (easier to cut upside down). Keep it in the freezer and eat frozen. TRY not to eat it all at once :)
