Peanut Butter Protein Cups
Base:
75g Bare Blends Cacao Protein Powder
1 cup ground almonds
1 tsp coconut oil
1 cup organic shredded coconut
1/2 cup organic quality peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
sprinkle of cinnamon
1/4 cup maple syrup
Chocolate Top: equal parts raw cacao & coconut oil organic dessicated coconut Directions:
Blend all the base ingredients in a food processor, if the mixture looks too dry, add a little more coconut oil
Divide the mixture into 12 and push firmly into an oil cupcake tray
Make a well with your thumb in each
Pour or spoon a scoop of melted chocolate into each
Refrigerate overnight
