Avocado & Cacao Fudge

  • 2 large avocados, pitted & peeled

  • 4 tbsp BareBlends Vanilla

  • 1/2 cup raw cacao powder

  • 2 cups walnuts

  • 1 cup dates pitted & chopped

  • pinch of himalayan or sea salt

Add the avo, cacao, protein powder and salt to a food processor. Process until smooth. Add 1 cup of walnuts and all the dates. Add 1/2 cup of walnuts and pulse a couple of times (leaving chunky pieces) Prepare the 20x20cm baking dish with baking paper and fill with the fudge mixture. Press firmly. Sprinkle the remaining walnuts on top and press in. Freeze for a couple of hours. Slice into approx 25 slices. Keep in freezer and enjoy as it suits you :)
