Choc Rawtella Treats

Fitness Junkies! Recipe for these little babies are below. Make the Rawtell first.

  • 1 cup of hazelnuts - in the blender until fine

  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil

  • 6 tbsp raw cacao

  • 1/2 cup of hot water

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 6 medjool dates

  • pinch himalayan or sea salt

add the rest of the ingredients to the ground nuts and blend till smooth and paste like

  • Raw chocolate

  • 4 tbsp melted coconut oil

  • 3 tbsp raw cacao

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Pour chocolate into mini cupcake papers and then pop into the freezer for 10 mins Top with a dollop of rawtella and pour over the remaining chocolate equally. Refrigerate for half hour - enjoy! See you in the gym soon.
